Our story.
We are a family based in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn. After years in property management and operations at large national firms, we started Ordinary to give people in our community the best experience.
We keep the number of buildings small enough that we know every one of them, and every resident in them.
How we work.
We are kind, always
However upset someone is, we stay warm and we stay in touch. We do not raise our voice, in person or in writing. We work the problem until it is solved or explained.

Owners hear about a problem before it costs money. Residents hear about a delay before the date passes. Nobody has to chase us.
We manage for both sides
